Privacy policy
The site has no accounts and asks you for no personal data. The only thing that could place a cookie in your browser is the traffic analytics, and it does not start unless you say yes.

What does not happen
There are no accounts, no forms, and you are never asked for any personal data in order to read the site. There is no profiling and no automated decision is taken about you.
Apart from the traffic analytics described below, the site loads nothing from anybody else's servers: no content delivery networks, no external fonts, no social buttons, no advertising. The chart pages that can be embedded in other sites (the addresses beginning with /embed/) carry neither the analytics nor any code at all: they end up inside somebody else's page, and there we have no consent of ours to ask for.
Cookies and traffic analytics
The site uses Google Analytics, so the operator knows how many people read the pages and which ones they read. It does not start on its own: the first time you arrive, a bar at the foot of the page asks whether you agree, and until you answer nothing is loaded from Google and nothing is written in your browser. If you refuse, it is never loaded, and the site works exactly the same.
If you accept, Google Analytics places its own cookies in your browser (_ga and one that also begins with _ga_) by which it recognises the same browser on later visits, and sends Google the address of the page, the address you came from, the time, your browser and device type, your language and an approximate location inferred from your IP address. We send it neither your name, nor your e-mail address, nor anything else that would identify you — we do not have them.
The recipient of these data is Google Ireland Limited, which may transfer them to Google LLC in the United States. The transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (10 July 2023), to which Google is certified. What Google does with them is described in its own privacy policy, at policies.google.com.
Your choice is kept in the browser's own memory (localStorage), under the name “statistici-analiza”, not in a cookie, and it goes nowhere: it is simply how the site remembers not to ask you again. You can change it at any time, with the button at the foot of this page; if you clear the site's data in your browser, the question comes back.
What is processed nonetheless
Like any site, in order to send you the page you asked for, the server receives the IP address the request comes from. An IP address can be personal data.
The address is used in two places. The web server in front of the application keeps a technical access log, which may contain the IP address, for the operation and security of the service. And the application holds it briefly in memory, in order to limit the number of requests to the data interface and prevent overload; that record is never written to disk and is lost every time the service restarts.
The application writes no visitor addresses in its own log and associates them with nothing else. No health data, financial data or data of any other special category are processed.
The basis and the period
For the technical log and for the request limiting, the legal basis is the operator's legitimate interest in keeping the service working and secure — article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. For traffic analytics, the basis is your consent alone — article 6(1)(a) of the same regulation, together with article 4^1 of Legea 506/2004, which requires agreement before anything is stored on your equipment. You may withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it, and withdrawing does not affect the processing carried out until then.
The technical access log is kept by volume rotation: the last ten files of 48 MB each, the oldest deleted automatically. The record in the application's memory disappears when the service restarts.
The data are not sold and are not used for marketing. The only recipient is the server's hosting provider, as a processor, which has technical access to the infrastructure the site runs on. Otherwise they are passed to nobody, except where the law requires it.
Your right to object
Because the processing rests on a legitimate interest, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation. Write to the e-mail address above. If you object, the processing stops, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests and rights.
Your other rights
You have the right of access to the data concerning you, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, under the conditions set by Regulation (EU) 2016/679. You may exercise them by writing to the same address.
If you are not satisfied with the answer, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (anspdcp.ro) or to go to court.
