The value in force is set by HG 146/2026 (Official Gazette, Part I, no. 196 of 13 March 2026) and applies from 1 July 2026: 4,325 lei a month for normal working time of 166.667 hours a month on average, that is 25.949 lei an hour. The net amount is not set by the decision — it depends on the contributions and the tax in force — so it is not published here as an official figure. Construction has a distinct sectoral minimum wage of 4,582 lei gross (OUG 156/2024); in agriculture and the food industry the distinct threshold was abolished from 1 July 2026 and the general minimum applies.

Derived figure. The threshold changes on the dates a Government decision sets, not monthly. Every month in the chart and in the table carries the value in force in that month and, in the source column, the act that set it.
